The Max Meditation System TM was created by Dr. Gudni Gudneson PHd.
As a trained Max Meditation Facilitator, I assist you in creating five new neuropathways during each session. This assists in removing barriers in your thinking and assists in healthier problem-solving and greater creativity. You literally become smarter because you are using more of your brain than ever before!

This Process is used in my Work with individual clients and children with incredibly positive results! I have firsthand witnessed changes in behaviours and anxiety in children as a result of using this Meditation System!
I make use of Archetypes and peaceful imagery to help calm anxiety, build confidence and hope, while still creating new neural pathways in the brain.
